Top Notch Catering is a family owned business. Its main proprietors Pritesh & Awing, decided to leave the corporate world when they moved back to the UK after 20 years of living in South East Asia so as to enjoy quality family time with their children and to get a better work life balance…. sometimes it’s achieved! Awing has always wanted a business in food as she has trained as a chef and Pritesh would classify himself as a foodie as he is the chief food taster. Keeping it in the family, Simi, Pritesh’s sister, joined the business last year to take responibility for business development and finance.

Pritesh is the heart of the Operations within the Business, without him it would not run. Awing is responsible for Production and Product Design for both Corporate Catering and Bespoke events.

Meet the Senior Chef Team

Our Senior Chef team have over 40 years of experience between them. They are passionate about working with fresh produce and creating innovative dishes. Safety conscious and skilled in the application of health and safety procedures with profound knowledge of food and hygiene regulations. Experienced in catering for large corporate and private events.

Awing has been working as Head Chef for the last 10 years. She set up Top Notch Catering together with Pritesh to fulfil a dream of owning their own business. Awing has a creative flair for all things culinary and this is reflected in the personalised approach to menu design.

Dariusz has been working as a Head Chef for the last 16 years. He is a collaborative communicator continually focused on building relationships, managing and developing staff and promoting synergy in the kitchen. In his own words: “Happy people deliver delicious food”. Dariusz joined Top Notch last year and since he has been with the team the number of 5* google reviews has increased significantly.

Yuli is the newest addition to the Top Notch Catering team. She has over 12 years’ experience in catering and has worked globally in some of the busiest kitchens. Yuli is a talented baker and is responsible for all our sweet creations from the delicious traybakes to custom cupcakes.
