Delivery and Returns

Your delivery

We will deliver to you within the allotted window chosen when you place your order. There are sometimes elements out of our control, such as traffic conditions. If we are running late we will telephone you to let you know. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please call us immediately on 01923 883163. Very occasionally mistakes happen and in this event our priority is to ensure you and your guests are fed and happy. Once we have rectified the order to your satisfaction we will organise a follow up call to discuss the issue.

Bamboo Platters and Cool Bags

The majority of our catering is packaged in fully bio degradable eco boxes. So if you have any avid gardeners the boxes can be put into a compost bin or your recycling. We will however, come back to collect your cool bags. If you have an Executive Menu, the order will be packaged on our Wooden Bamboo Boards and Lids. Please keep these (no need to clean them) and pop them in the cool bags. We will collect everything for full cleaning.
